| usage | HOW TO USE IT DeleteCoplanar will delete coplanar edges from your model. If nothing is selected, DeleteCoplanar will act on all ungrouped geometry in the active entity space. For example, if you are editing a group or component, and nothing is selected, DeleteCoplanar will act on all ungrouped geometry within the group or component you are editing. If you have edges selected, DeleteCoplanar will act only on the selection, seeking coplanar edges to be deleted. If an edge separates two coplanar faces with different materials, the edge will not be deleted. A future version may incorporate an option to ignore materials when determining whether to delete coplanar edges. WHERE TO FIND IT By default, DeleteCoplanar is in the Plugins menu. DeleteCoplanar supports Organizer, so you can save it to a subfolder for organizing your Plugins menu. LOCALIZATION DeleteCoplanar also supports menu localization. If you want the menu text to be in a different language, you can create a file called "deleteCoplanar.menu" in the Plugins/menus/ folder. The file should have two lines of text: the first line should be the localized equivalent of "DeleteCoplanar" (without quotes), and the second line should be the localized equivalent of "Delete coplanar edges".
