| Due to an increase in fraudulent transactions, we regret that we have had to implement new security measures. As a result, some transactions may be subject to a delay in accessing the download, even if you receive an email with download link(s).
Fraudulent transactions are submitted to authorities for investigation, and suspected victims of identity theft are contacted to alert them to the problem so they may also take action. This upsurge in fraud has saddened us at Smustard, since our goal is to provide useful products at affordable prices. However, we intend to continue reaching for that goal. |
