description Calcuates the linear length of all selected edges.
usage

This script will report the combined linear length (in your current Units setting) of all selected edges.
Along with all selected edges, the edges of all selected faces will also be included in the calculation.
Duplicate edges (edges shared by one or more selected faces) will not be counted twice.
Groups or Components in the selection will be ignored (and reported).
